Synergy Health reports preliminary financial data for 2010-11

9th June 2011

Synergy Health has published its preliminary financial report for the 2010-11 fiscal year, during which the company experienced signs of strong growth.

During the 12 months ending on April 3rd 2011, the firm saw a 0.3 percent year-on-year rise in revenue to 287.3 million pounds, while its profit, earnings and dividend levels saw double-digit increases.

The company noted that debt totals have been reduced in the last year, while cash flow has improved.

It has also been able to invest further in its outsourced sterilisation services through the acquisitions of GSP and BeamOne, while opening the first of four new hospital sterilisation facilities in the UK planned for this calendar year.

Richard Steeves, chief executive of Synergy Health, said: "We expect to see the group's overall revenue growth rates reach double digits over the next twelve to eighteen months."

In the last year, the company also won a Greater China Rising Star Award at the Greater China Achievement in International Trade Awards, thanks to its efforts in forging business links between China and the UK.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-800573666-ADNFCR
