Mark began his career in Medical Sales with a leading Medical Device company, where he developed a strong foundation in the industry. Drawn to the recruitment sector by its exciting opportunities, he quickly found success. When the recession led his previous company to close, Mark started up Zenopa Ltd in 1991. Since then, under his leadership, Zenopa has grown into a thriving multi-million pound organisation, known for its dedication to quality systems that ensure consistent and excellent customer delivery.

 

Mark's passion for building lasting relationships with clients and candidates has been key to Zenopa’s success, and he remains committed to fostering a culture of trust, integrity, and exceptional service within the company.

 

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his children, riding motorcycles, and breeding show canaries.

 

Mark continues to be the driving force behind Zenopa’s growth, combining his industry expertise with a commitment to excellence in recruitment.
