Axon Communications appoints five new staff members

Axon Communications has announced the addition of five new members to its London team, reflecting the continued growth of its business.

Lucie Burns has joined the agency's PR team from Edelman and will serve as an associate director, along with former Axon Toronto staffer Karley Ura as programme manager and recent St Mary's University graduate Samantha Treadwell as programme executive.

Meanwhile, Dr Kate Peregrin, formerly of Elements Communications and Zaicom Healthcare, has been named as a medical writer, working across the agency's PR and medical communications team.

Finally, Dr Denis Biotta will leverage his editorial and project management experience, as well as his scientific background, as the med comms team's new programme manager.
