Role Overview

Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, you will ensure the successful execution of communications projects and campaigns for healthcare clients.
Your performance will be measured on your ability to optimise the profitability of client accounts and achieve set client targets.

Role Requirements

Manage the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all project requirements and deliverables are clearly communicated and understood.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proactively offering solutions to overcome challenges.
Provide quarterly impact reports to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Person Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.
2+ years proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a healthcare communications agency or related industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to grasp complex medical and scientific information.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
