Sales Liaison and Event Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Liaison & Events Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and promotion of national and regional events. This is a varied role at the heart of a busy marketing function, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality events, digital content, and customer engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating events, managing multiple stakeholders, and supporting sales teams while creating engaging customer experiences across both digital and in-person channels.

Role Requirements
Coordinate national and regional events in both in-person and virtual formats, managing event platforms, bookings, attendance tracking, and customer enquiries.
Organise and distribute marketing and event materials, working closely with sales and customer service teams to support delivery.
Manage event-related social media and multi-channel content, supporting creative development and localisation of global marketing assets for UK campaigns.
Assist with digital promotional and advertising activity while maintaining and updating marketing platforms and tools.
Support sales teams through event activity, customer engagement, feedback collection, and occasional customer or stakeholder visits.
Person Specifications
Experience in event coordination or event management is essential.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
Experience using design or content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar is an advantage.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
Package
£30,000-£35,000 base salary.
10%-15% bonus.
Pension.
23 days AL + BH + increasing with years of service.
Time off in lieu for events.
