APC/LEV Engineer
Role Overview
This is a hands-on APC / LEV Service Engineer position focused on servicing dust collection and LEV systems across a varied customer base. The role has been created to bring critical service capability in-house and reduce reliance on subcontractors.
Initially, the role will be predominantly field-based, but with a clear pathway into a Segment Manager position, taking ownership of the service offering, hiring engineers, and growing the function. The position is ideally based in the North West within commuting distance of the company’s HQ, with regular interaction with internal stakeholders.
Company Information
This is an opportunity to join the world’s largest air filtration manufacturer, supporting a business with over 10,000 installed systems across the UK and a huge, underdeveloped service opportunity within its APC (Air Pollution Control) division. The company is making a serious long-term investment into growing its in-house service function, with a strategic target to make services 25% of total revenue by 2030.
This role sits right at the heart of that growth plan. You will work closely with the sales team, supporting customer visits, surveys and technical solutions, while also being the first engineer in a brand-new service segment. This is a genuine progression opportunity into a management role within 1-2 years, where you will build and lead your own team.
