Area Account Manager
Role Overview
You will manage key hospital and distributor accounts, support clinical teams with diagnostic solutions, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Role Requirements
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital laboratories, clinicians, and distributors. This will focus on both current and new business.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped to use our diagnostic solutions effectively.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and maintain the companies leadership position.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Person Specifications
There are 3 profiles which can be considered for this hire:
1. Coagulation/blood sciences sales professional.
2. Biomedical Scientist who has exposure in coagulation.
3. An FAS who works in blood sciences.
