Core Lab Solutions Sales Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven sales professional to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for growing the Blood Sciences portfolio across NHS and private sector accounts in North and South Yorkshire. In this field-based role, you will take full ownership of your territory, driving sustainable revenue growth while building strategic relationships with clinical, procurement, and laboratory stakeholders. Your focus will be on delivering solution-led value that supports laboratory efficiency and improved patient pathways.

Role Requirements
Identify, secure, and expand opportunities across existing and new accounts to deliver sustainable territory growth.
Engage laboratory and clinical stakeholders in consultative discussions to understand operational challenges and position appropriate Blood Sciences solutions.
Develop and execute structured territory and pipeline plans to consistently achieve performance targets.
Lead and support compliant tender submissions for new and retained business.
Collaborate with commercial, technical, and service teams to ensure effective implementation and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform account strategy.
Person Specifications
Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
Proven success in sales or account management, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory environments.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to make sound business decisions.
Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with laboratory, clinical, and procurement stakeholders.
Experience contributing to formal tender processes is advantageous.
Comfortable working within a matrix structure and cross-functional environment.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable customer value.
