You will sell their diagnostic portfolio to key opinion leaders in clinics across the UK and Ireland.

Role Requirements
Provide scientific and clinical application support in pre and post sales of their products, maintaining a loyal network of KOL’s within the territory.
Ensure successful implementation of all products at clinical sites.
Communicate with customers proactively to identify customer needs and make the necessary actions to meet and exceed them.
Handle customer feedback and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Assist customers in understanding matters related to the verification or validation of products by ensuring they are in compliance with clinical laboratory regulations and accrediting agencies.
Promote their products and support field sales activities through demos, conferences and exhibitions.
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Sciences or other related fields.
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in flow cytometry, urinalysis, or diabetes HPLC is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to teach.
Access to a major airport and willing to travel 3 to 4 days per week within the UK and Ireland region.
Valid driver’s license.
