Role Overview
Products: Responsible for sales of all products in the following markets: Gynaecology/Forensic/Urology.
Customer: All existing and potential customers, all personnel – Consultants through to procurement, must be comfortable liaising with senior hospital customers at board level.
Objective: To maintain existing business level and increase sales and market share.

Zenopa are excited to be partnering closely with a growing medical devices distributor. They are looking for a new Area Sales Manager to join their Gynaecology/Forensic/Urology team, covering South Uk. The successful candidate will be moving into a well-established territory, with excellent client relationships and opportunities.
Role Requirements
Key Tasks:
– To increase the sales within the defined product categories.
– Maintain existing customer relations.
– Seek out new business opportunities.
– Attend hospital exhibitions.
– Assist with sales external to designated categories as required.
– Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
– Working with technical products including capital equipment and consumables.
– Daily interaction with clinicians, surgeons, nursing staff, finance and procurement.
– Training to customers on all new/existing equipment.
Person Specifications
Qualification/ Training requirements:
Full driving licence
Either qualified to degree level or experienced in a similar role
Ability to show technical competence
Quick to learn
Able to work under pressure
Sales training qualifications or experience desirable
Medical Devices experience
Package
Bonus – 4% on all sales, accelerators over 100% (26k OTE)
Car – Company car or allowance
Meal allowance
