Role Requirements
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.
Manage the complete sales process from initial approach to contract closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing pharma, biotech, and academic clients.
Map key decision-makers within target organizations and coordinate customer meetings and presentations.
Understand client needs and propose tailored bioprocess solutions to support their research and production goals.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and technical teams to support promotional activities and product launches.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand recognition.
Handle customer service queries in coordination with internal support teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
Person Specifications
Degree in life sciences or related field.
Experience within bioprocessing – whether this is from the lab or sales.
Language skills: French and English.
