Role Overview
Support orthopaedic procedures in theatre settings while working alongside the Area Manager to drive customer engagement and business growth across the South East.

With a focus on clinical excellence and surgeon collaboration, they are committed to delivering high-performance orthopaedic implants and instrumentation through hands-on case support and ongoing training.
Role Requirements
Provide clinical support during orthopaedic surgeries, ensuring optimal use of products
Maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement teams
Attend exhibitions, consultant meetings, and training events to represent the business
Support business development initiatives in line with regional growth targets
Person Specifications
Previous experience in orthopaedics or theatre setting (Scrub Nurse, ODP, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and organised with strong attention to detail
Understanding of NHS hospital environments and surgical pathways
Full UK driving licence
