Role Overview

My client are seeking a Commercial Manager to set up a sales and distribution network to manage their existing Branded Generics, new Branded products and their developing Generics portfolio.

I am recruiting for an exciting Commercial Manager with my thriving Pharmaceutical client, who are a global player (Germany HQ) who have subsidiaries set up in Australia, Holland, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden and set up in the UK in 2022.

Role Requirements

They are seeking a Commercial Manager to take responsibility for the to market sales of my clients growing portfolio, managing the direct customer sales in the UK, developing and growing relationships with Wholesalers, Managing Hospital / NHS tenders, and potentially engaging with large Pharmacy chains, overseeing supply.
1. Wholesale / Retail relationships

4. Supply chain oversight (forecasts / identifying future opportunities)

Person Specifications

They are seeking someone who has Wholesaler relationships, understands the NHS and tender landscape, and who is proactive, commercial and someone who is willing to play a vital part in the organisation, with huge growth potential.
