Role Overview
You will lead the QA and compliance function for a pharmaceutical business, managing a growing team and ensuring operational excellence across all quality activities.

Role Requirements
Manage all aspects of Quality Assurance across the organisation
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest quality and safety standards
Provide QP support and oversight
Lead and develop a growing team with a focus on coaching and succession
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across QA processes
Person Specifications
Experienced Qualified Person (QP) in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record in leading QA or compliance functions
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
