Role Requirements
Use communication skills to grow and nurture relationships, including with distribution partners, salespeople, dentists, practice managers, hygienists, therapists, and nurses.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email to ensure swift and satisfactory responses, upholding the company’s outstanding customer service reputation.
Developing relationships with sales representatives of business partners to introduce more products to dental teams and provide support and training for them.
Prepare and deliver training sessions and presentations for dental team members, communicating the values of the product portfolio and the company, as well as practically demonstrating the features and benefits of key products.
Use organisational and communication skills to engage with dental team members to collate feedback on product performance, building an increasingly crucial direct relationship between the company and the dental team.
Opportunity to represent the company at events such as courses, lectures, exhibitions and conferences both within the UK and overseas.
Person Specifications
Must have had previous experience within the Dental Industry, particularly through Nursing and/or Practice Management.
Be a confident, clear communicator with a confident phone manner and ability to write clear and concise communication, particularly via email.
Have excellent organisational and administration skills and be able to manage own time and workload proactively.
Have strong presentation skills, effectively and concisely delivering information.
Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and be able to work effectively in a small team, managing priorities of tasks and ensuring delivery within defined deadlines.
