It designs and installs dental surgeries, supplies dental equipment, and offers ongoing maintenance, training, and technical support for dental professionals. It operates across multiple UK locations and is known for combining modern dental technology with practice design and refurbishment services.
Role Requirements
· Provide field-based service, installation, maintenance, and support for a range of advanced dental and veterinary technologies across the UK
· Work primarily with exclusive product lines including:
– Low-dose 3D X-ray systems (veterinary applications)
– Dental laser systems
– X-ray devices (including remote testing capability)
· Deliver high-quality technical support to customers, ensuring minimal downtime and strong service outcomes
· Travel nationally to customer sites, with a focus on established customer base in the South of the UK
· Conduct product testing, preparation, and some technical work from home
· Support continuous improvement by feeding back field insights to internal teams
· Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate leads to the commercial team where appropriate
· Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and system updates following site visits
Person Specifications
– Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
– Military engineering experience is desired
– Exposure to service enviroments

Base salary up to £55k
