Customer Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will installation, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specialist Xray equipment in hospitals across the M25 and surrounding areas.

Role Requirements
Travel to customer sites on most weekdays and 12 weekend days per year, servicing, maintaining, updating and installing specialist products.
Escalate as appropriate situations where customer satisfaction is compromised, or contractual obligations are unlikely to be met.
Understand and comply with work instructions, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide out of hours technical service support.
Attend product training courses in Europe and USA in order to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within customer services to ensure our company values are achieved.
Person Specifications
HNC/HND in an Electronics, Engineering, or Bio-Chemistry related field is ideal.
Previous field service experience finding faults on electronic or medical equipment is ideal.
Strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills.
Excellent customer facing skills and able to quickly gain the respect of both colleagues and customers at all levels.
You must hold a full UK driving license and be open to travelling 4 hours per day on average.
