Role Overview

The position of the Depot Service Engineer includes the following administrative and technical tasks. The planning and execution of service processes, the development of service offers, the assumption of tasks, accounting, and logistics as well as the maintenance and repair of the companies resuscitation products.

Company Information

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our clients team. Our client are a company develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally.

Role Requirements

– Customer Query triage, Fault finding and repairing routing
– Performing regular maintenances on the devices
– Executing STK / MTK’s according to MPG / MPBetreibV
– Performing input and output quality checks
– Making sure all tasks are done well on time, minimizing overall TAT (turnaround times)
– Accurate documenting of fault findings, creating of detailed service reports
– Tracking of activities in the Complaint Management System database
– Handling of incoming customer calls and inquiries
– Building strong relationship to Sales, Customer Service and Business Partners
– Managing and minimizing customer complaints and ensuring they are satisfactorily closed
– Hands-on contribution to day-to-day output of department
– Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely fashion

Person Specifications

– Excellent knowledge and proven skills in Electronics & Mechanics
– IT equipment, networking competences (e.g. MS Office)
– Diagnostic and measurement equipment
– General knowledge of all engineering disciplines
– Technical knowledge of resuscitation equipment (beneficial)
– Willingness to learn and open-mindedness
– Teamwork and reliability
– Economic thinking and action
– Responsibility and care
