Role Overview

Responsibilities
– Working for a leading established laser/IPL/Radio Frequency organisation the role is to service and repair machines across UK
– Installation of machines to customers and carry out software/hardware training
– The successful candidate will travel from the home base to service and repair laser systems throughout the UK
– Extensive training will be carried out in house, but some will require external training qualifications in laser technology and electronics
– Overnight stays will be required if site visit is a significant long distance from base, but typical jobs will be within a day’s journey from base

Person Specifications

Person specification
– Clear and confident communication skills
– Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer is an advantage Working as a Field Service Engineer on both electrical and mechanical faults
– Good fault-finding skills
– Laser/IPL/RF knowledge is an advantage, but training can be provided
– A full UK driving licence
