Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
Take ownership of installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical and dental equipment across Scotland. You will ensure systems perform reliably in clinical settings, resolving technical issues efficiently and supporting consistent equipment uptime for end users.

Role Requirements
Install a range of equipment including microscopes, patient furniture, colposcopes, Xion systems, and general medical and dental devices, ensuring correct setup and performance.
Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance to maintain system reliability and compliance.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults across electro-mechanical systems, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
Provide clear, professional technical support to customers, maintaining high service standards in clinical environments.
Complete all required administrative tasks accurately through CRM systems, ensuring service records are up to date.
Work closely with internal colleagues to share customer feedback and support ongoing service improvements.
Person Specifications
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
Strong electro-mechanical skillset.
Background open across medical, military, or similar technical environments.
Comfortable travelling across Scotland, including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
Full UK driving licence.
Confident using IT systems and service software.
Strong communication skills in customer-facing settings.
Self-motivated with a structured and flexible approach to work.
Package
Base salary £36,000 with £16,000 guaranteed bonus paid quarterly post-probation.
Overtime paid at 1.5x and company van provided with tail lift.
Private healthcare after probation and pension scheme.
£100 per month lunch allowance.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with tools, laptop, and phone provided.
No on-call requirement.
