Role Requirements

Perform installation, preventative maintenance, Troubleshooting and repairs on their equipment to support cusotmers across your region.
Collaborate with internal engineering and commercial teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Manage spare parts, service records, and compliance with quality standards.
Support ongoing innovation by feeding back product reliability.
Plan your own workload with flexibility and independence.

Person Specifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in field service within medical devices, IVD, or scientific instrumentation.
Background in electronics, engineering, or biomedical technology (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).
Strong technical and IT skills.
Flexible to travel extensively across the South West and South Wales.
