Field Service Engineer

Role Requirements
Provide technical support for a wide range of electrical and mechanical diagnostic equipment.
Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, preventative maintenance, and system installations both on-site and remotely.
Deliver high-quality customer service, representing the business professionally at all times.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers across NHS, university, and private laboratory environments.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal customer satisfaction.
Person Specifications
Qualified Engineer with proven experience servicing high-value capital equipment.
Equivalent qualifications to HNC/HND level or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are desirable.
Confident and customer-focused, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skilled at building productive relationships and navigating complex matrix organisations with ease.
Package
Competitve base salary.
Annual bonus of 12% on target.
Contributory pension scheme (employees may contribute 3%, 4%, or 5% of salary, with the company matching contributions).
£5 daily lunch allowance during field trips.
Company car allowance of £7,200 per annum.
