Role Overview

Our client are seeking a Healthcare Support Manager, with sales and key account management experience, ideally within infection prevention. The role will also have a training element, so experience with training/coaching is advantageous.

Role Requirements

The key responsibilities consist of:

The delivery of product and hand hygiene protocol training, This is aimed at ‘training the manager or trainer’ but may include intervention/targeted training at ward level
Managing the implementation of training and educational support for designated customers
Reviewing the progress against agreed Support Program with designated customers
Completion of “Site Surveys” for strategically important Installations
Training, coaching and supporting ‘third parties’ where necessary.
Identifying and reporting the ongoing needs of the key decision makers in the healthcare market
Contributing to strategic projects relevant to the healthcare market
Maintaining the accurate and timely records of all appointments and activity
Regional/National Study days, trade exhibitions.
Observational audits and reporting.
Maintaining all equipment
Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times

Person Specifications

Our client are looking for:

Experience of operating/selling in a healthcare environment is essential
Experience of training and/or coaching others is preferable
Strong account management skills
Excellent customer management and relationship building skills
Someone who is self motivated and is able to plan effectively their use of personal time
Good written and oral communication skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Able to work away from home on a regular basis

Package

The package includes:

Pension
PMP – up to 12% salary, annual
HSM Bonus – 5K capped, paid quarterly based on retention of revenue from Key Accounts
A/L – 25 days, save 3 for Xmas/New Year
Car – company with fuel card or car allowance of £575 per month (£6900 pa) with fuel allowance or fuel card.
IT – phone/laptop/ipad
Healthcare Vitality Health backed up by Simply Health after 6/12 passed probation
Expenses – CONCUR, all receipted, £10/day snacks lunch, £35 evening meal max 2 alcohol drinks, £10/month internet allowance

Death in service 4 x base salary from day one
