Role Overview
You’ll join a small, close-knit team, playing a key role in managing inbound leads, developing customer relationships, and processing orders to support ongoing sales growth.

Role Requirements
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and warm leads professionally, delivering excellent service with no cold calling.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly while supporting account management and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with returning customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Manage and track inbound leads from Google Ads and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective follow-up.
Provide confident guidance on a wide range of dental products, including availability and recommendations.
Contribute ideas for improving systems, processes, and customer experience while supporting the wider team as the business grows.
Person Specifications
Experience in internal sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer service, ideally within the dental industry or a dental supplier.
Alternatively, experience as a trainee dental nurse or dental nurse looking to move into a commercial role.
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
Customer-focused mindset with empathy and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Comfortable handling multiple enquiries via phone and email.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
