International Sales Manager
Role Overview
You will take ownership of distributor-led sales and market development across key international territories. Your focus will be on growing adoption of a high-value capital device and associated consumables used in advanced wound care and infection management.

Role Requirements
Build and manage a network of international distributors.
Lead on sales and business development activities across Europe & the Middle East.
Support key opinion leaders and clinical evaluations to drive uptake.
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences.
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape commercial strategy.
Person Specifications
We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on salesperson with strong international experience and a passion for innovative medical technology.
Proven experience in medical device sales (preferably capital equipment).
A background in international or distributor management.
The resilience to drive adoption of a disruptive, technically complex product.
Excellent relationship-building skills with clinicians and procurement teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
A degree is preferred but not essential – attitude, adaptability, and ambition are what matter most.
