Key Account Manager
Role Overview
Manage and grow key secondary care accounts across the Midlands, driving uptake of neurology products through structured account planning and strong clinical partnerships. You will take ownership of your territory, balancing account growth with long-term relationship development.

Role Requirements
Own and develop key accounts in collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and wider commercial teams to drive sustainable growth.
Build and maintain open, effective communication channels with customers across secondary care settings.
Act as a consistent and reliable point of contact, strengthening long-term professional relationships.
Understand customer needs, address challenges, and respond appropriately to objections within a clinical and commercial context.
Apply strong communication, reasoning, and negotiation skills to support account development and product uptake.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with ABPI Code of Practice and company compliance standard
Person Specifications
ABPI qualified.
Experience in a field-based secondary care pharmaceutical role.
Demonstrates drive, enthusiasm, and a track record of delivering results.
