You will take ownership of the marketing function and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will also line manage and mentor one team member.

Zenopa have partnered with the UK subsidiary of a well-known, global organisation, with market leading products across their specialities. Serving healthcare professionals across the UK and Ireland, they offer solutions in areas such as rheumatology, ophthalmology, and orthopaedics.
Role Requirements
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and ecommerce platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Create compelling content for campaigns and product launches while managing and optimising ecommerce platforms, improving SEO and online visibility.
Support product launches and promotions through both digital and offline channels, including advertising and event coordination.
Manage day-to-day marketing activities such as Mailchimp campaigns and conference support while working closely with the MD on strategic planning.
Oversee and guide one direct report, providing mentorship while remaining actively involved in delivery.
Person Specifications
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or another regulated industry.
Strong digital skills: email marketing, social media management, SEO, and content creation.
Ecommerce knowledge (Shopify or similar) preferred.
Excellent communicator with the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content.
Highly organised, efficient, and able to juggle multiple projects.
Collaborative mindset – able to work closely with leadership and colleagues across the business.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented.
Comfortable balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
