National Sales & Marketing Manager

You will lead nationwide sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, team leadership, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Role Requirements
Develop and implement effective national sales strategies.
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and dealer partners.
Oversee product launches and ensure successful implementation across markets.
Person Specifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in national or regional roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays.
