Person Specifications
Experience:
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in a national or regional role
– Strong background in developing and implementing sales strategies and leading sales teams.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve goals.
– Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on dealer and key account management.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Other requirements:
– Willingness to travel across the country, including overnight stays.
– Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
