Office Manager
Role Overview
This position oversees office and facilities operations across two key sites, primarily based in the Netherlands with travel to Belgium around once a month. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of both locations while supporting ongoing improvements and major projects, including a potential office move. The role is standalone, offering autonomy, visibility and the chance to drive meaningful operational impact.

Role Requirements
Manage daily office and facilities operations across both sites.
Coordinate with HR, finance, service teams and senior stakeholders.
Oversee contracts, suppliers and third-party service providers.
Support local health & safety compliance and sustainability activities.
Handle internal communications for the region.
Lead and support operational initiatives and project-based work.
Liaise with IT teams on local issues.
Manage the company car fleet and workplace services.
Ensure both offices remain well-equipped, safe and fit for purpose.
Person Specifications
Experience in office management, facilities or a similar environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Fluent Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
Proactive, intuitive and comfortable taking ownership.
