Role Requirements
Customer Support: Handle all customer enquiries and communications via phone and email.
Order Management: Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, utilising internal systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
Complaint Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive outcome.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison, working closely with the sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Person Specifications
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in science and a commitment to customer service.
A science degree is highly preferred.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is ideal.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems (ideally SAP) and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
