Technical Sales & Applications Specialist
Role Overview
As a Technical Sales & Applications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of a specialist transplant diagnostics portfolio across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on the South UK and Wales region. Combining scientific expertise with customer engagement, you will work closely with laboratory teams and clinicians to provide technical guidance, application support, training, and commercial account management.
This is an opportunity to act as a trusted scientific partner to customers, helping them maximise the value of diagnostic technologies while supporting the adoption and growth of innovative transplant solutions.

Role Requirements
Develop and grow business opportunities across the transplant diagnostics portfolio, supporting revenue growth throughout the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory professionals, clinicians, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical partner.
Deliver product demonstrations, scientific presentations, and customer training to support successful implementation and utilisation of diagnostic solutions.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and complaint handling.
Support customers throughout the evaluation, purchasing, implementation, and ongoing use of products.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a high level of scientific, technical, and commercial support.

Transplant experience is essential.
