Product Development Engineer
Role Overview
You will work closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure project delivery, technical quality, and compliance with medical standards.

Role Requirements
Review and understand existing hardware, firmware, and technical documentation for a new medical device.
Support circuit design optimisation, conduct EMC testing, and troubleshoot issues.
Contribute to embedded software development and bug fixing in C++.
Create and refine technical drawings, plastic component designs, and support rapid prototyping using Fusion 360 and 3D printing.
Provide technical support across R&D, documentation, and testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to aid production and delivery.
Person Specifications
Proficiency in C++ for embedded systems.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of circuit design.
Exposure to EMC testing protocols and practices.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards and validation.
Background in medical device development or regulated environments.
Familiarity with robotics or simple automation.
Experience using Fusion 360 for CAD design.
Ability to produce or interpret technical drawings.
Understanding of 3D printing processes or willingness to learn.
