Role Overview
This is a strategic Product Manager role responsible for leading a high-growth Trauma & Extremities portfolio within the UK. You will take ownership of portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and launch execution, ensuring products are positioned effectively within a clinically demanding orthopaedic environment.
The role combines data-driven planning with close collaboration across sales, supply chain, and medical education functions. Working directly with surgeons and key opinion leaders, you will align portfolio direction with clinical needs, market insights, and commercial objectives.

Role Requirements
Develop and lead the UK strategy for the Trauma & Extremities portfolio, using market analysis and clinical insight to inform positioning and growth plans.
Drive and manage product launches from concept through to market execution, ensuring structured planning, compliant messaging, and cross-functional alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to support product adoption and gather clinical feedback.
Oversee forecasting and supply chain activities, ensuring product availability aligns with market demand and commercial objectives.
Collaborate with the Medical Education team to develop and deliver impactful training materials that support safe and effective product use.
Person Specifications
Orthopaedic Product Management experience, ideally within Extremities and Trauma.
Proven track record in product management or marketing within the healthcare or medical device sector.
Strong understanding of regulated environments and evidence-based positioning.
Genuine interest in orthopaedics and improving patient outcomes, with particular enthusiasm for arthroplasty.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning capability.
Confident engaging with surgeons and clinical stakeholders.
Package
Base Salary: Up to £90,770, depending on experience.
Bonus: £20,000 annual performance-based bonus.
