Product Specialist
Role Overview
Responsible for achievement of area sales targets, and managing current sales business in a defined geographical territory under the direction of the National Sales Manager for the range of products. The expectation is that you will be in the field for up to 4 days per week with the remaining day an admin day.

ideal candidate location would be individuals within M25 ideally but they would cover South East so South London (south of the river), Surrey, Kent (within M25).
Product range – The unit includes mid-to-long-term vascular access products (e.g., midlines, PIC lines) and covers crucial care, neonatal care, and enteral feeding.
Role Requirements
– To develop a pipeline of business to ensure sustainable growth for the territory.
– To manage and develop the individual territory through analysis of market intelligence, sales & marketing data.
– To introduce the agreed promoted products to the appropriate customer base.
– To achieve Objectives & KPIs as agreed with the National Sales Manager.
– Maintain and manage CRM efficiently and effectively.
– To complete all company administration in a timely and appropriate manner
Person Specifications
– Zenopa are looking to engage with medical sales people or ex – nurses becuse we believe they have the correct medical background for this position.
– 1 – 2 years of medical sales experience exposure to vascular access products would be a bonus!
– Preference for candidates with degrees in sports science and biomedical sciences (if not – recent/strong graduates with a strong work ethic).
– Sales approach – emphasis on enthuasiasm and consultative selling, not aggresive sales

Competitive base salary
Bonus structure – £12-£15K OTE
