Role Overview
You will play a key role in bridging product expertise and clinical application for dental professionals. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive product training, technical support, and clinical education to customers across the UK.
Company Information
Zenopa have exclusively partnered with a UK-based distributor specializing in Medit digital intraoral scanners. The company offers a range of Medit scanners, including the i500, i600, and i700 models, designed to enhance digital dentistry practices. They provide on-site training and a year of ongoing technical support with each purchase.
Role Requirements
Conduct engaging and informative face-to-face and virtual group training sessions on the Medit intraoral scanner portfolio
Provide in-depth product demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the full functionality and benefits of the Medit products
Offer ongoing technical support to both new and existing customers
Act as a primary point of contact for all customer inquiries related to the Medit portfolio
Provide on-site visits and support when required to ensure customers are maximising their use of Medit products
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and practice
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the Medit portfolio, keeping current with new product features and advancements in dental technology
Person Specifications
Experience working as a dental nurse.
Strong communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated.

£5k uncapped bonus
£5k Car Allowance
25 days + Bank Holidays.
