You will lead and develop teams, ensure compliance with safety and process standards, drive continuous improvement, and execute strategic projects to enhance operations.

Role Requirements
Ensure activities align with the Site Safety Management System and demonstrate full Site & Legislative Compliance with a proactive attitude.
Lead, manage and develop all Team members to realize dedication and continuous improvement.
To carry out PMD’s, ensuring that appropriate goals are in place.
Ensuring any procedure or process changes are accurately detailed through the utilisation of the Management of Change process.
Deliver year on year improvement plans based on the business strategy requirements
Align strategy with action and deliver strategic projects across the operation
Person Specifications
Management Experience within an Operations, Chemical, Automotive manufacturing environment
Excellent Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge and application of Standard Working, Continuous Improvement Tools & Techniques and affecting legislation.
Experience with driving projects and bringing strategy to action
