Zenopa are partnering with a leading provider of Pressure Area Care products, to recruit a Regional Business Manager, to oversee performance of 4 sales professionals covering their NHS division.
Role Requirements
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will drive the territory level business plans through securing new business opportunities in both existing and new community and acute market segments, ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
The RBM will collaborate with a team of Territory Managers / Associate Territory Managers. A core element of the position will be delivering in field support and guidance
Person Specifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• A proven history within sales management, preferably within the Pressure Area Care industry.
• A tenacious, resilient, and unyielding approach in gaining new business both collectively with sales team colleagues and individually.
• The successful candidate must live within the territory
