Our client is an independent ‘Total Health’ creative agency, based in West London.
They are the only place where you’ll find Healthcare and Consumer agency experts all collaborating under
the same roof, across the entire health spectrum – from big pharma to big consumer health clients, and
everything in between including Sport, Nutrition and Tech. It’s this mix of talent with different skillsets,
backgrounds and experiences that gets us to truly different ideas that make a difference.
They are currently under 20 people and at a stage of growth where they need another brilliant, creatively-driven,
ambitious Account Director who’s experienced in healthcare comms, to bolster their dynamic growing team
and client base.
Role Requirements
-/ Plan, lead and be accountable for the ongoing daily activities of an account portfolio
-/ Effectively manage team members in the department to assist you whilst coaching junior
colleagues on the right way to do things to aid their growth
-/ Own day-to-day client relationships and be able to develop long-term collaborative
partnerships with them that lead to growth and creative opportunities
-/ Motivate and inspire those around you to work effectively and efficiently, creating a climate
where curiosity leads to action
-/ Optimise income opportunities and a profitable delivery of services
-/ Set a daily example to the whole team of what it means to ‘go further’ and demand nothing
short of excellence in everything the agency does, no matter how big or small
Person Specifications
-/Must have a love for the creative process, its output and the value it can offer to making
communications effective
-/Must have brilliant organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail across all
communications and documentation
-/Thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoying managing multiple/overlapping tasks
-/Proactively resolves issues and improves processes
-/A confident team player with excellent social and interpersonal skills
-/Radiates energy, enthusiasm and an infectious approach to collaboration, with an ability to
maintain professional at all times, especially under pressure
-/Eager to coach and develop junior team members with the value of their experience on the right
way of doing things
-/Wants to make make a difference with their contribution by working hard and having fun whilst
doing it
-/2.1 degree in a scientific based subject would be preferable
