Sales Ambassador
Role Overview
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts, responsible for growing revenue, ensuring exceptional service, and supporting post-sales implementation. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding product adoption, providing expert guidance to customers, and acting as a trusted advisor across your portfolio.

Role Requirements
Take full ownership of your accounts, including forecasting, revenue targets, and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
Lead strategic account development, including business reviews, renewal negotiations, and long-term planning.
Support new product launches and menu expansion initiatives, driving adoption across your region.
Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on new assays and service updates.
Deliver training and coaching to customers, ensuring they are confident and informed in using products and services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-sales implementation and project delivery.
Person Specifications
IVD sales experience.
Experience with key NHS hospitals in South East area.
Science degree.
Strong commercial accumen.
