Sales Liaison and Event Coordinator
Role Overview
Location: Manchester (with travel as required)
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Liaison & Events Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and promotion of national and regional events. This is a varied role at the heart of a busy marketing function, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality events, digital content, and customer engagement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating events, managing multiple stakeholders, and supporting sales teams while creating engaging customer experiences across both digital and in-person channels.

Role Requirements
Event & Campaign Delivery
Coordinate national and regional events, including in-person and virtual formats
Build and manage events on event management platforms, handling bookings, attendance tracking, and customer enquiries
Liaise with external suppliers to manage logistics, materials, and event delivery
Organise and distribute marketing and event materials in collaboration with sales and customer service teams
Maintain demonstration stock levels in line with agreed budgets
Support live and recorded webinars, Q&A sessions, and digital educational content
Marketing & Digital Support
Manage event-related social media and multi-channel content in line with marketing campaigns
Support creative content development and localisation of global assets for UK use
Assist with digital promotional and advertising campaigns
Maintain and update marketing digital platforms and tools
Sales & Stakeholder Support
Work closely with sales teams to support event activity and customer engagement
Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including mailers, database management, and outbound event promotion
Gather and support qualitative customer feedback where required
Monitor and report on the sales impact of event activity using CRM systems
Carry out occasional customer or stakeholder visits to support events and campaigns
Person Specifications
Experience in event coordination or event management is desirable
Strong IT skills, including MS Office
Experience using design or content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar is an advantage
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Confident written and verbal communicator
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
Full UK driving licence required
