Role Requirements
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth
Work collaboratively with marketing on market analysis, targeting, and positioning
Manage upcoming tenders proactively through the full sales cycle
Deliver high-impact demonstrations and presentations to convert opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM data and submit timely call reports
Identify and stimulate new opportunities through customer engagement and site visits
Person Specifications
Scientific degree or equivalent qualification
Experience working in or selling into NHS clinical laboratories
Minimum 2 years’ experience in diagnostics sales, ideally capital or reagent rental
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels
Proven track record of success in a complex sales environment
Full UK driving licence
