Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Territory Sales Specialist to join our UK team. This is a high-impact role, responsible for maximizing sales growth, profitability, and brand presence across the East Midlands and North-West regions. You will build strong relationships with NHS and private laboratories, represent Diasorin at industry events, and drive our mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative immunodiagnostic solutions.

Role Requirements
– Identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share in your territory.
– Represent Diasorin with professionalism, adhering to our code of ethics, to strengthen our reputation with customers.
– Forecast accurately to support supply continuity and optimize sales performance.
– Provide first-level customer support, liaising with customer care and orders teams to ensure excellence in service.
– Attend exhibitions and symposia to showcase our products and enhance the company’s profile.
– Complete administrative tasks efficiently, including quotations, reports, CRM updates, expense management, and coordination with marketing.
Person Specifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
– Ideally, prior sales experience in clinical diagnostics or a similar sector.
– Self-motivated, organized, and resilient, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into value for customers.
– Proficient with computers and CRM tools; valid UK driver’s license required.
– Willingness to travel occasionally beyond your allocated territory.
