Project Manager (Software Implementation)
Role Overview
This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to support the implementation of a specialist healthcare software platform across multiple clinical and laboratory sites. Working alongside project leaders, technical teams, and end users, you will help coordinate project delivery, support stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the successful adoption of technology that supports critical healthcare operations.

Role Requirements
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of software implementation projects within healthcare and laboratory environments.
Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, documentation, and project records to support successful delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, laboratory users, and third-party suppliers to ensure project objectives and customer requirements are achieved.
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, training activities, communications, and progress reporting while monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, validation activities, and change management initiatives to facilitate successful system adoption.
Provide go-live and post-implementation support while ensuring project activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, quality standards, and governance requirements.
Person Specifications
Laboratory experience is essential.
Previous commercial experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured project environments.
An interest in healthcare technology, laboratory systems, or scientific software implementations would be advantageous.
