Role Overview
You will be working within the UK Engineering Support team; you will report to the Technical Regional Manager and be involved in providing first-class customer service.

Role Requirements
· Conducting services, maintenance & troubleshooting to component level on biochemistry and immunoassay instrumentation.
· Working within environments including the NHS, Universities and private pathology laboratories and you will work on specified products, ranging from large to medium sized biomedical test equipment.
· Attend customer review meetings.
Person Specifications
· Looking for someone who has previous engineering experience
· Looking for someone with an engineering qualification e.g. HNC or HND etc
· Looking for someone who is going to flexible traveling across Lincolnshire and Mansfield but also potentially wider.
· Someone who has previous experience working on diagnostic instruments is desired.
Package
· Up to £45,000 dependent on experience.
· 12% Performance Bonus
· Company Car or Company Car allowance (£7200 per annum)
· Contributory Pension Scheme (you may invest 3, 4 or 5% of your salary and they will double your contribution)
