Technical Sales & Applications Specialist
Role Overview
This is a hybrid commercial and technical position responsible for driving sales growth while delivering high-level customer support across the transplant product portfolio. Covering the UK and Ireland, with a focus on the South UK and Wales region, the role combines account management, business development, technical training and troubleshooting support.
You will work closely with laboratory teams, clinicians and internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive exceptional service and ongoing technical expertise throughout the sales process and beyond.

Role Requirements
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities within transplant diagnostics
Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory and clinical customers
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical training sessions
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including complaint handling and troubleshooting
