Technical Support Specialist
Role Overview
You will provide remote technical support to NHS customers across the UK for a broad portfolio of IVD products, with a focus on Blood Sciences.

Role Requirements
Provide telephone-based troubleshooting and support
Deliver remote assistance for instrumentation and software issues
Conduct EQA sample processing and analysis
Assist in training seminars for customers and internal teams
Person Specifications
Qualified Biomedical Scientist (any discipline; Blood Sciences preferred)
OR Technical Support Specialist/Engineer with IVD experience
OR Helpdesk experience within an IVD company
Package
Base salary dependent on experience
