Zenopa are partnered with one of our exclusive accounts hiring a Technical Support Specialist. As an overview, this role will support NHS customers will all remote queries for all products across their IVD portfolio.

Zenopa’s client are a global leader within the IVD industry, with a particualr interest and focus on the Blood Sciences industry. With clinical relationships across a large remit, this business has an excellent reputation amongst its competitors and is excelling in the competition.
Role Requirements
Coming in as the Technical Support Specialist, the main responsibilities will include:
– Telephone support
– Running EQA samples
– Remote support
– Training seminars
Person Specifications
For this hire, Zenopa are seeking to speak with technical profiles who will be able to hit the ground running with their knowledge. Thes include:
-Biomedical Scientists (flexible with discipline but Blood Sciences is a preference)
-Technical Support specialists/Engineers with exposure to the IVD markets
– Helpdesk experience for an IVD firm
