Territory Manager
Role Overview
You will drive sales of orthopaedic joint replacement solutions by supporting surgeons, building strong client relationships, executing strategic territory plans, and identifying new business opportunities to exceed growth targets.

Due to significant growth they have created 4 new territory manager positions in the Republic of Ireland across various sectors including woundcare, capital equipment and orthopaedics. Our clients are a leading medical supplier, known for delivering high quality medical devices, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. They are also a forward-thinking business that continually expands their product portfolio.
Role Requirements
Promote and sell joint replacement solutions to orthopaedic surgeons, delivering expert technical support and training.
Develop and implement strategic territory sales plans to drive growth and exceed targets.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain deep knowledge of customer needs and market trends.
Manage sales performance reporting and effectively handle loan and consignment inventory.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Collaborate cross-divisionally and attend international training and clinical events as required.
Person Specifications
3-5 years’ experience in a healthcare sales role.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven, with strong relationship-building and sales-closing capabilities.
On-call availability, including out-of-hours and weekend work, may be required due to the nature of the role.
Package
Bonus potential – up to €20k – 100% of target.
Company car – options across petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric.
€12 lunch allowance.
