Territory Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales and profitability for our Endoscopy Specialty products. You will work closely with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in your assigned territory, implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with the goals of the Endoscopy Specialty and wider company.

Our client is a global medical device firm that specialises in developing equipment for minimally invasive procedures. The company produces a wide range of products used in various medical specialties, this role is focused on their Endoscopy/Med Surg Divison. The company has manufacturing facilities, research and development centers, and sales offices worldwide.
Role Requirements
– Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling products to key decision-makers.
– Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our product range and its clinical applications.
– Provide technical training and support on their medical devices.
– Manage territory budgets for events and sample stock.
– Develop an annual business plan, including sales forecasts, risk management, and competitive analysis.
Person Specifications
– Ideally Endoscopy medical sales experience , with product/procedural knowledge and a strong existing network.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– Proven problem-solving ability and high self-motivation.
– Ability to meet with customers regularly and travel frequently within the territory.
