Role Overview
This is a field-based role with the autonomy to manage your own diary, build strong relationships across NHS and private healthcare sectors, and represent a portfolio of innovative, high-impact medical products.

This company has been a supplier of orthopaedic products for over 2 decades and have refined their Orthopaedic portfolio to offer customers some of the most up to date and innovative orthopaedics with specialist knowledge on upper and lower limb cases. Our client provides innovative services for a lasting collaboration with the NHS and private divisions.
Role Requirements
Managing a defined territory, driving growth across NHS and private healthcare settings.
Engaging directly with surgeons and clinical stakeholders to promote a unique product range.
Focusing on both account management and new business development.
Representing cutting-edge solutions including minimally invasive surgical devices and advanced plasma extraction products.
Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Person Specifications
Proven track record in medical or orthopaedic sales.
Orthopaedic sales background (extremities preferred).
Strong medical sales experience, solid NHS knowledge.
Clinical background (e.g., physio) with clear sales potential and ambition.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build clinical credibility.
Full UK driving licence.
Package
Uncapped bonus scheme – excellent earning potential.
£520 monthly car allowance.
