We’re looking for a commercially minded and innovative Veterinary Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. You will own the execution and optimisation of marketing activity with a clear focus on acquisition, retention, and long-term customer value.

Role Requirements
Growth Marketing & Acquisition
Plan, manage, and scale paid social and performance marketing campaigns to deliver new customer growth at a defined CPA target.
Continuously optimise the promotional mix to balance acquisition efficiency with profitability.
Brand & Veterinary Voice
Act as the veterinary expert in customer communications, ensuring credibility, trust, and scientific accuracy.
Create engaging educational content (blogs, social media, customer FAQs) to support compliance and retention.
Product & Commercial Input
Provide veterinary insight to support product development and expansion into adjacent categories.
Manage the end-to-end launch of new product listings and innovations, overseeing both operational and marketing execution to drive commercial success.
Person Specifications
Qualified veterinary surgeon (MRCVS) with commercial experience outside of clinical practice.
Experience in a high-growth consumer, subscription, or e-commerce business is highly desirable.
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics into customer-friendly messaging.
Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
